Indel AG sells their share of Intronik GmbH to Intronik GmbH. Intronik GmbH thus becomes an independent, owner-managed company. The new independence will allow Intronik GmbH, even more than before, to open up additional business fields and to position themselves flexibly in the dynamic market of automation.
